Oh how I love concept sessions! Anytime I get to put together one, I get giddy with excitement! I thought it would be really interesting to base the concept on one of my hobbies I enjoy-hunting for indian artifacts. I styled the session to include a stick built teepee (thanks to my husband) and enjoyed making the feather headdress, hair clips and the dreamcatcher. I also borrowed my son’s deer skull, and my neighbor’s native american bow & quiver, which was hand made by a native-Bridget Eagle Feather. I was so excited that everything was coming together perfectly! One of my favorite clothing stores, Altar’d State, had the style of clothing that fit perfectly for the look. They were so generous to let me borrow pieces for the concept session! After I had all the details in place, I decided to offer this as short “mini sessions” and booked every spot! All the girls that participated had a lot of fun and they were so excited about their pictures! The sessions included wardrobe styling, clothing provided by Altar’d State, hair and makeup by A Glamour Affair, and lots of fun!
